Important Information
Packages must have a completed and signed inventory list in order to be shipped. The inventory list can be downloaded in WORD or PDF format.
Any dangerous goods such a fuel, firearms or fireworks is unauthorized and cannot be shipped.
Alcohol, perfume, sprays, batteries etc have to be transported in a separate way. The shipper is obligated to respect the customs laws both in the US and in the country of destination.
The shipper is also responsible for the following:
- Contents of the package;
- Contents of the customs declaration;
- Seizure of any packages by customs.

Placing order from the USA:
Option 1:
Client has credit card that is usable in the US and places an order themselves.
Orders that are placed by customers MUST be addressed in the following format:

To facilitate the identification of packages please provide a tracking Number.
For shipping we require the customer’s name and address as well as a phone number to contact the person receiving the package(s).
The fee for consolidating and unconsolidated packages starts at $10.
Option 2:
We place the order on behalf of the client.
If needed we can place order on behalf of our customers.
Payment for goods and shipping can be paid for in US or in Romania at final destination.
We cannot place orders without payment in advance.
For shipping we require the customer’s name and address as well as a phone number to contact the person receiving the package(s).
